The Environmental Protection
Agency announced that it will delay
enforcement of the Renovation,
Repair and Painting (RRP) rule until
October 1, 2010. The delay allows
renovators to sign up for the required
certification training by September 30th
so long as the training is completed by
December 31, 2010. For questions on

New FHA Certification Requirements
that Affect All Homeowner Associations
